Sleep is very important to your mental state. If you don’t get enough sleep, it may be time for you to ask your doctor for help. They may be able to give you some kind of sleeping medication, or advice on what you’re doing that’s not allowing you to sleep correctly. There are also over the counter remedies that you can try too. Just be sure that you give sleeping medications a break after you get into a good sleeping habit because they can be addictive.
